At DBM testing s.r.o., we specialize in laboratory testing of materials, products, and components for their resistance to various environmental factors. Our primary focus is on the automotive industry, surface treatments, and products designed for operation in demanding or extreme conditions.

Drawing on years of experience in laboratory testing, we help clients verify the quality and service life of their products, identify potential defects, and obtain objective data for further development or quality control.

We specialize particularly in the following tests:

• corrosion tests (salt spray tests – NSS, ASS, CASS; cyclic corrosion tests; condensation tests)
• climatic tests (cold, dry and damp heat, temperature cycling, humidity)

During or upon completion of these tests, we can evaluate:

• changes in appearance and surface finishes, e.g., in accordance with standards ČSN EN ISO 4628-1 through ČSN EN ISO 4628-6.
• determination of coating thickness and any loss of material – ČSN EN ISO 2808, ČSN EN ISO 2178

We document the course of these tests in reports, which are archived in our records for the long term.
